The primary goal of the programs is to strengthen value add for our portfolio companies.
This program establishes the framework on how we deploy domain expertise with a single objective: to build and back high-quality companies in complex transactions.
The structure is two-tier:
- Operating Partners are senior domain leaders who collaborate with us on fundraise, value-creation, strategy and interim mandates.
- Operating Associates are high-caliber operators who support due diligence, analytics, portfolio workstreams and focused operating sprints alongside Vault.
Both tracks deepen industry coverage, improve decision quality and accelerate execution.
The framework will build specific domain knowledge, open networks and compound results.
Vault will be talking with individuals of demonstrable track record, strong domain presence and alignment with our standards, ethics and values.
