Vault has launched Lexminster, a newly established brand for full-service law firms. Its first office will be in Tashkent. The investment extends Vault’s reach to premium advisory services and enhances our ability to internalize work on complex transactions and regulatory matters.

Uzbekistan is Central Asia’s largest market and a growing hub for trade and energy corridors connecting Asia and Europe. Ongoing reforms are advancing privatizations, infrastructure delivery and capital-markets development. As Tashkent’s role as the region’s administrative and financial center continues to expand, clarity on deal structure and enforcement becomes essential.
