However, unlike typical legal and finance professionals, Vault’s philosophy is entirely growth-oriented. Our main goal is to build a resilient system for your business while pursuing its growth.

Our team is equally experienced in navigating both high-growth and turbulent environments. Vault’s team will reduce unnecessary corporate drag during growth periods while preparing you for the headwinds of any legal or financial downturn.

We achieve this through the growth-emergency mindset of our team; a work structure based on integration & flexibility; and a cost structure based on delegation & networking.

Integration & Flexibility

Vault operates as a task force. Our founders integrate into your business alongside relevant associates. In terms of integration and flexibility, you will find our team highly integrated while our engagement remains flexible. Vault’s mandates typically last from 1 to 3 years, with the option for flexible termination of the engagement.

A key element of Vault’s services is our mentoring program. Since Vault is neither a law firm nor a financial advisory firm that bills hourly, we are focused on ensuring a smooth transition once the goal of our mandate is achieved. During our tenure, we mentor your team and help develop the know-how that remains with your company.

Delegation & Network

Vault fosters growth through an efficient delegation system and an extensive network of professionals with preferred rates. We customize expertise from our network based on sector, industry, and specific legal or financial matters, ensuring a tailored approach for each client. Given the diverse profiles of businesses, the unique circumstances of their founders, and the varied nature of the challenges they face, no single firm can cover everything. Even the largest law or consultancy firms require external input. Statistically, growth businesses and entrepreneurs typically need to retain 3-4 different firms that bill hourly, with at least 20% of their work overlapping.

To address this, Vault retains only key professionals who are multidisciplinary and aligned with Vault’s culture, while leveraging a cross-border delegation system and an expansive network of law, tax, and consultancy firms at preferred rates.

Vault Story

Vault is a culmination of decades of professional experience of its founders and over $1.5bn worth of transactions. Vault’s founders have diverse experience in law, finance, tax, economics and policy. They have served as partners in variety of professional sectors: Tier 1 international law firms (e.g. Dechert); Big4 and Big10 consultancy firms (e.g. EY and Andersen); leading boutique law firms (e.g. MG Law); GC and CFO roles in unicorns, investment firms and growth companies.

Over the years, professional multiplicity of our founders has become their speciality. Constant multidirectional viewpoint exercised by our founders from different advisory angles on the companies, businesses and wealth in general, prepared a natural foundation for Vault.

This foundation has been gradually recognized by Vault’s partners and cross-jurisdictional network of professionals of our founders. Chain of partners and strong relationships helped our founders to create the most efficient delegation system which we successfully pass to our clients.
