Nino Parsadanishvili brings extensive experience in international education, executive support, and institutional communications. Currently serving as a Personal Assistant at The Vault Partners, she provides comprehensive support to the CEO.
Before joining The Vault Partners, she held advisory and coordination roles at LEAF – Education Management Group, Caucasus International University, and Georgian National University SEU, where she worked closely with international partners, oversaw student mobility programs, was involved in the university’s authorization process, and oversaw complex document workflows.
Her early career includes work at the Office of the State Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, where she contributed to strategic communications on EU affairs. Nino studied at the University of Siegen in Germany and holds a master’s degree in international relations and a bachelor’s degree in European Studies from Ilia State University. Beyond her core roles, Nino has participated in civic engagement projects and maintained communication with civil society organizations such as KAS, TI Georgia, and IDFI, focusing on European values and education policy.
With a strong cultural sense and excellent organizational abilities, she supports seamless processes and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, international environments.
